I am unable to log in to the chat room. I used my user name and the password cure. I tried both Netscape and IE explorer. What am I doing wrong?

dgrotz, the chat server sometimes has problems loading the applet. Can I suggest that you try again? Wise.

If you are a member, use your carecure password for sign-in to chat. I made the same mistake as you the first time and jeff told me to use my login password. Hope it helps.

When I created an account, I chose a password over six characters in length, but the chat server only took in the first six and will only let me login if I use the first six characters. If your password is longer, try using only the first six.

The problem seems to be only with passwords of length six or greater. Passwords with six or fewer characters should work fine.
