How do I quote a part of one post into a reply? Drag and drop?

Alan,
There are three methods, from simplest to most complex:
1. Select and copy the part of the quote that you want to quote, hit the Post Reply button, hit the Quote button below, paste, and then type the rest of your reply.
2. Press the icon showing the quote signs... this will go to the Post Reply page with the whole posting included in your reply. Edit the part that you don't want to show and type the rest of your reply.
3. Just press the Post Reply button, scroll down to the Review Topic window, select and copy the text that you want to quote, go back to the post reply window, press the Quote button, paste, and then type the rest of your reply.

i just cut and paste the passage i want then manually add Quote/Unquote and inverted commas in the appropriate places .
it works for me
