Setting cell phone greeting

Forgive the stupid question please. I have Verizon wireless and a kyocera phone. I no longer have any documentation and I can't find on any of the menus how to change my message greeting. Does anyone know, or what is usual?

You can download kyocera phone manuals at their web site here:

Scroll down to "Your kyrcera phone" and choose your model from drop down box. You'll need adobe reader or equivalent to read the manual.

To change verizon voicemail greeting, call to check your voicemail and then listen to the prompts.
