This problem has occurred more then once and I would appreciate help in stopping it. I have a folder in my Outlook Express email software that I keep certain important transactions in. Periodically the folder disappears from my email program. I go back to identities to see if it is still there and as always it is. When I try to import it, it does not appear on the folder list to import. How can it be on my Windows Explorer and fail to appear on my import list? Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have it marked as a hidden folder? That might keep it off your import list.

No it is not hidden.
