I went to a new internist today as I have been looking for a internist that I can call my own. I have been to two others off and on previously but had not declared either my primary.
I was not at all satisfied with this new lady as she admittedly said that she had only worked with one other SCI (quad). Also things that she said were not up to par on what I want in a Dr.
How do I go from Dr to Dr until I find one that I am satisfied and not seem like I am doing something bad? I want a PCP that is close that had exp with SCI and one that I am comfortable. This was definitely not the one today.
