looking for a doctor in the Charleston,S.C. who knows about patients with sci , I like my doc but I dont think she has a lot of experience sci patients

Here is a place to start. Not all PM&M physicians (physiatrists) do primary care, but you can start by calling them, and if they do not, ask them to refer you to an internal medicine physician who is experienced in SCI care.

It is also a plus if they are also board certified in Spinal Cord Medicine. Ask.
