It is now 18 months since my nephew had SCI.His diagnosis is tetraplegia C4-C5,ASIA A.In the last couple of months he has constant pain in the bladder area spreading into groins.Urin is clean from bacteria, without infection. The pain doesnt stop and prevents him from exercising.Doctors fail to find the cause of pain or remedy for the pain.I would appreciate if you could tell me about the cause of pain and how to deal with it.
Thank you.

Hey basic,
What type of doctors does your nephew see? Are the general docs, or physiatrists who specialize in SCI? Another name for them would be PMR docs. Physical Medicine and Rehab docs. Does he see a Pain Specialist?
Did any of the doctors think this was 'neuropathic pain' ? If not, you may need to seek out different doctors possibly.

He was hospitalized couple of times, and was treated by several specialists. Some of them think its neuropathic. He hasnt got motor or sense below the chest, still those pains kill him.Do You think that Pain Specialist could prescribe something that will solve the pain.

Yes - although I wouldn't use the word 'solve'. I would say 'get some relief, probably partial'.
