Excel Freeware

Some time ago I remember someone mentioning that there was a free alternative to excel available. I can't find the article. Does anyone remember what the program and website were?

I know two free alternatives to Microsoft Excel
- Open Office (http://www.openoffice.org/product/calc.html)
- Google Docs (http://docs.google.com)
As the Hunker suggested , OpenOffice is better for complex calculation but google docs can catch you, if you wish to access your documents from one place only(from the 'clouds').

Zoho has an application called "Sheet" that has spreadsheet features (for more of the SAAS offerings).
