I have a further question. On a review site, it was mentioned that the manual recommends that individuals with recent spinal fusions not use the machine. Do you think they mean simply new fusions that are still forming bone around the fusion, or fusions in general? Mine is almost two years old now and I've been told by my surgeon that it's solid.

I think the machine is such a neat concept because I stretch in the mornings and evenings, and the one stretch I struggle with is the whole "pelvic tilt" and the fact that this machine can do it for me is awesome and would help so much with my lower back pain.
