Calendar for desktop

So im now using Vista..and i love the sticky notes! I wish the calendar worked the same way. Id like to be able to click through the calendar and be able to write shit ya know? Is there something that could be down loaded online tjhat works like this?

I liked the sticky notes too, now I've resorted to real sticky notes. There might be a function like that on googledocs.com

Microsoft Works has a calendar that you can edit.
