I don't know that any such list exists. If the urologist is a member of the AUA (http://www.auanet.org/content/homepage/homepage.cfm), you can ask them if they are also a member of the Neurogenic bladder special interest group. Membership in ASIA or the APS would also be good indicators of a special interest and expertise in this area.

You can also ask them how much of their residency was completed in a SCI rehabilitation center (generally this would be a VA SCI Center or a Model Systems SCI Center), and if they specialize in neurologic urology, but there is not a separate board certification in this. A few urologist are sub-boarded in spinal cord medicine, so you can ask about that as well.

You best bet in finding a good urologist in your area is to ask 1) your physiatrist and 2) contact the local large SCI rehab program for a referral, or 3) ask about a specific city or area on this forum and see what others can share as far as contacts. A large university teaching hospital may also have specialists in neurologic urology on their teaching staff.
