I get so stressed out having to train a new LPN. I hate trying to explain the bowel program. Any papers avaliable that explain this?

Since everyone's routine is a little different, even tho you have reource and reading material for your PCA, you'll have to do the 'fine tuning' together. Training a new person is difficult, but if you've snagged a good one, well worth the time and effort - good luck!
