what's good for neck/shoulder/back pain. hydro 10/325 don't help.

I was taking 2x10/325 + 4 mg Dilaudid every four hours until I went to pain management doctor and he put me on methadone, which I real leery about, but I only have to take one 5 mg pill in the morning and then 10 mg at night and it has worked out great. Go see a pain management doctor.
