I know diabetics can have neuropathy in their feet from circulation problems, but I don't know about with your problems. Is your pain neuropathic pain or "normal" pain?

Have you been evaluated for vascular problems? PAD can cause a lot of pain and/or numbness in the mid to lower legs.

I believe the burning/tingling in my lower limbs is partly due to poor circulation. When I first get in bed the pain goes up for a little bit and then it tends to go away.
