Saving X-able Rugby coverage to a disc

Im following the Canada Cup games in Vancouver and few of them will be broadcast via the web on X-able.Is it possible to save these and put on disc? http://www.cwsa.ca/canada-cup-2008.html

Yha, you can get screen/vid capture stuff. I'll look for it.

Try playing with this:

It's free, But makes small videos.. don't know how big the original will be so it might do fine.
