Hello everyone, for the past 4 or 5 weeks I did something while i was skateboarding, to my hip i was "Jumping down big stairs" to put it in something understandable for those who don't know what an skating stairs, or whatever is. Anyways I've had this problem where i have these multiple bruises/bumps (i think thats what they are) that move around a tiny bit when i push on them and then go back to where they originally were. Theres one if i push on it, it feels like a super bad pinch, and then the others feel like bruises, if i look in the mirror theres a small noticable bulge coming out of my upper hip (directly left of my groin on the outside area of the hip) theres strangely, no black or blue bruising just a bulge. does anyone have any idea what this could be? I would really like to know if i need to see a doctor about it (which i dont want to if i dont have to)

someone please help! if you need more information or need me to be more clear on something or explain something about it just ask.

thanks

EDIT: I can still walk, skate with it, it just hurts when I push on it and when i fall on it. I was looking around on the internet and Bursititis is what it sounded like, but im no doctor or medical expert so im not sure.
