If you know your height and weight, this calculator tells you your body mass index. If your BMI is over 25, you may be overweight. If it is over 30, you are obese.

Just keep in mind that this chart and calculator is set up for AB people. In general, for people with SCI it is considered that your weight should be 10% less than recommended for AB if you have quadriplegia and 5% less if you have paraplegia. If anyone needs the calculations for what to subtract if you have amputations I can get these. We have been trying to find a BMI chart where I work for SCI but have been unable and are currently working on calculating our own....

KLD, the reason why I posted this link was because of a recent paper by Ayas, et al. (http://carecure.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=48) indicating that people who have a body mass index (BMI) greater than 25.3 kg per square meter and who take baclofen for spasticity have a seven-fold greater risk for habitual snoring. Wise.
