I have pain almost everywhere, this burning squeezing feeling that never stops. I tried Neurontin, Baclophen, Narcotics, and am now on Lyrica and a low amount of a narcotic (Sevredol). But what r-e-a-l-l-y seems to help are my Shiatsu massages. Pain is cut down in half for two days! Also my physical therapy (using Voijta technique) seems to help reduce the pain. Does anyone have similar experiences? Or other methods which work without side effects?

well, this time shiatsu didn't do a thing. It's like with certain meds for me: sometimes they help, sometimes they don't. Maybe it's just all random with this neuropathic pain? Does anyone have anything predictable? I'm at a point again where I can't seem to take another day.

ive learned to tolerate my neuropathic pain. i dont know how bad yours is but mine is tolerable for me. things that help me alot are showers/swimming in pool, massages and laying down. it seems like its worse when its hotter outside

yes, showers help me too. I haven't tried the pool yet. And I think I will stick with my massages even if it didn't help this one time. Music helps me also, maybe just to relax and not go nuts.
