I just want to offer my website, PainOnline (www.painonline.org) as an information resource about Central Pain, which can result from SCI as well as MS, stroke, and a number of other causes. If you're suffering neuropathic pain, then I might at least be able to offer a bit of information.
I won't claim any answers, though I do study the promising areas of research that will hopefully one day lead to an answer for Central Pain. Some of the latest research is discussed in a fairly new pain titled Guessing at the Cause of Central Pain, which you can access from a link on my home page.
My main goals are to help share knowledge about Central Pain, and to promote basic pain research toward a cure for Central Pain. I hope that someone is able to benefit from what my site has to offer.
