Can anyone share websites to search for home care services to adults with autism both paid by an agency and private pay? 50 year old male living with 85 year old father who can no longer take care of him.
Thanks Cindy

You have not listed a location, but check with your Area Agency on Aging and Disability. They can let you know about services for which they contract., including in home services. As for private pay, that will be up to you to find. The AAA will not provide a reference to those as these are for profit business.
If you cannot find your area or regional agency on aging and dis, search for your state or commonwealth State Agency on Aging and Disability. They can give you a contact for the AAA serving your area.
Best to this man and his family.

You should also be able to get information about eligibility for state or county programs that pay for attendant care services (not skilled nursing) from your local ILC (I assume you are in NJ although it does not indicate this on your profile):

Hi Cynthia,
I'm not sure what county you're in but this might be a good place t get some information. http://www.hudsonmilestones.org/ My brother has two adult autistic children and sits on the board so I'll forward your post to him too. The number at Milestones for in-home support is: IN-HOME RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Phone: (201) 434-7783
Good Luck
