...suspected product sale fraud in google listings?

Here's a site: http://www.tchasia.com.hk/u_items.html purportedly selling herbal health items which provides direct purchase links to PayPal without taking any address/shipping info. I don't see how they can ship what you've paid for w/o knowing any address information. Other things about the site raise red flags as well... I smell a rat.

Who can I report this to so it can be investigated? BTW, their prices on items I'm familiar with are the lowest I've seen, e.g. "Wild American Ginseng" for less that ten bucks an ounce. Something has just got to be rotten in Denmark/Google Listings.:zombie:

Did you check the site? Their only clickables are to PP links to payment for their products. I'd probably be able to get my $$$ back since it's PP but it looks very strange. Prices almost ridiculously attractive and the only clicks to PP.:agog::thinking::thinking:

I've reported fraud before to the IFCC (http://www.usa.gov/Citizen/Topics/Internet_Fraud.shtml). Maybe this site will help.

Used it. Thanks. I had to qualify that the fraud I was reporting was only suspected but I included everything pertinent.

No I didn't....... Or would even after you're suspecting faud type activities. God knows what else suspicious activities they're up to.
