finding doctor in Tampa

does any one know of any good neurologist and neurosurgeons in the Tampa area of Florida? I need to find a good one but how do you know? I know I need to have surgery and since it is my neck and back I want a good doctor. Any help would be greatly appreciated. You all are great God Bless you all

Jennifer, I'm certainly not an expert on who is a good doctor but Dr Fernando Vale did my surgery and seemed very competent. He is also very caring and easy to talk to. I recommend him . . . If you google his name you'll find his phone number- his office that I saw him at was at Tampa General but he is associated with USF also. Mike

I know of a good neurosurgeon in Orlando...if you can't find one in Tampa, I can refer you to mine in O-Town....
