Where in this pdf booklet does it say the treatment for an individual with an indwelling foley should be 10-14 days? I want to show my urologist because I get returning utis after a 5-7 day treatment like now.

I did not find it in this booklet but here is a source if you look at "duration of therapy" section suggesting fewer relapse with 14 days therapy.
